Reviews
A new name. An established track record.
San Diego Coastal Builder was founded in 2026, so this entity does not have years of its own reviews yet. What it does have is a licensed contractor with five years of successful residential projects behind him and an unblemished reputation.
Why these reviews say “Honor Construction”. The 5-star reviews featured below live publicly on Honor Construction’s Yelp page, where Dane Ziperski personally ran the projects as the senior project manager. We display them here transparently because:
- They are 100% real: Every quote is reproduced word-for-word, typos included.
- They name him directly: Homeowners took the time to highlight Dane’s personal management.
- They reflect his real work: Six of the eight reviews describe an active leak, a catastrophic flood, or a complex insurance claim: a fair, unedited picture of the high-stakes work Dane spent five years executing.
We label these reviews plainly because passing them off as this brand-new company’s footprint would undercut the exact trust, transparency, and honesty we promise to bring to your lot.
