This site describes our services and lets you request an estimate. Nothing on it is a contract, a bid, or a guarantee of price, scope, or availability. A project only begins under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Cost ranges and timelines shown on this site are general information about the San Diego market and about past projects. They are not quotes. Actual pricing depends on the property, scope, materials, site conditions, and permitting, and is provided only in a written estimate for your specific project.

Information on this site about permits, coastal review, zoning, and ADU requirements is general and may change. It is not legal, engineering, or land-use advice. Requirements depend on your specific parcel, and we confirm what applies to your property before any design work begins.

We are a licensed general contractor, not a public adjuster. We do not negotiate insurance claims on your behalf and we do not determine coverage. Whether a loss is covered, and for how much, is decided by your insurance carrier under your policy. Nothing on this site is a representation that any claim will be approved or approved at any particular amount.

Reviews displayed on this site that are attributed to Honor Construction were written about Dane Ziperski’s work while he was employed there as senior project manager. They are labeled as such and are not reviews of San Diego Coastal Builder. They are reproduced as written by the customers who posted them.

San Diego Coastal Builder is a licensed California general building contractor (General B, General Building Contractor), license number 1159584. You can verify any California contractor’s license through the Contractors State License Board.
